Role involves eliciting requirements, translating business needs, and collaborating with stakeholders across borders. Hybrid work with 2–3 days in the office; B2B contracting with Optiveum.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Senior Analyst designing data-intensive solutions.
• Solid knowledge of the banking sector.
• Expertise in requirement elicitation and translating business needs into specs.
• Excellent SQL skills (MSSQL, Snowflake).
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake and dbt.
• Experience with AI technologies and driving adoption to enable faster, automated solutions.
• Strong understanding of DDD, event-sourcing, microservices, and clean code principles.
• Experience with scalable data products and removing barriers for users to become data-driven.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication in international environments.

Responsibilities

• Elicit functional and non-functional requirements with stakeholders to understand the purpose behind needs.
• Translate business needs with Product Owners into concrete implementation specs.
• Perform data mapping, data modeling and comprehensive solution design.
• Design and implement near real-time data pipelines.
• Access complex, distributed datasets and perform quantitative analysis to explain findings.
• Contribute to solution design, architecture, and maintainability.
• Document requirements including use cases and ensure quality improvements.
• Collaborate with developers, testers, and international stakeholders.
• Promote analytical excellence and drive best practices across teams.
