Job summary

Jit Team is hiring for a Data Transformation role within a leading international financial institution. You will join a cross-functional team to develop data products that enable data-driven decision-making across the organization and translate complex business needs into scalable analytics solutions built on modern Big Data technologies.

Job description

Salary: 1000-1300 PLN/day on B2B

Work model: hybrid from Gdynia / Gdańsk / Warszawa (2/3 days per week from the office)

The role combines business analysis, data analysis, and stakeholder collaboration, focusing on translating complex business needs into scalable data and analytics solutions built on modern Big Data technologies. Working closely with business users, data engineers, and development teams, you will help shape the future of enterprise data capabilities.

Responsibilities You'll Have

• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and development teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality data solutions
• Work closely with Data Products and contribute to building common capabilities within the data ecosystem
