Job summary

AUTODOC is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to advance analytics, streamline ERP-related processes, and support warehouse operations with data-driven insights. You will work with Developers and Product Owners to ensure ERP capabilities meet operational needs and enable strategic decision-making.

The role emphasizes data quality, KPI reporting, and cross-functional collaboration across Poland and abroad, with a focus on warehouse optimization and analytics maturity.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of SQL and DAX.
• Advanced knowledge of Power BI.
• Very good MS Excel and VBA.
• Knowledge of Python and/or R.
• Knowledge of Snowflake, ClickHouse, and PostgreSQL.
• Understanding of data modelling, transformation, and enrichment.
• Communicative proficiency in English, alongside knowledge of the Polish language.

Responsibilities

• Process Automation: Automating ERP and warehouse processes with Developers and Product Owners.
• Data Management: Sourcing, managing, and validating data from ERP and other sources.
• Reporting & Analytics: Preparing reports, analyses, and KPIs to support logistics and decision-making.
• Troubleshooting & Training: Resolving reporting and database issues and training end users.
• Collaboration & Project Management: Supporting warehouse management and coordinating with departments in Poland and abroad (JIRA/Confluence).

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Analyst to enhance our team's capabilities and improve the quality of the analyses and solutions we provide. You will be responsible for streamlining current processes, analyzing business needs, and developing assumptions for ERP system improvements. You will work closely with Developers and Product Owners to ensure system functionalities perfectly fit the operational needs of the warehouse. This role directly supports warehouse management in their daily duties and provides the data foundation necessary for strategic business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Process Automation: Automating tasks and supporting improvements and modifications of the ERP system and warehouse processes in close cooperation with Developers and Product Owners.
• Data Management: Sourcing, managing, and validating data from the ERP system and other sources, including master data and databases.
• Reporting & Analytics: Preparing reports, analyses, and KPIs to support logistics processes and business decision-making, including bonus calculations.
• Troubleshooting & Training: Troubleshooting reporting and database issues, as well as training end users on new reports and dashboards.
• Collaboration & Project Management: Supporting warehouse management and cooperating with company departments in Poland and abroad, including managing tasks in JIRA/Confluence.

Qualifications

• Good knowledge of Python and/or R.
