Job summary

Accenture in Kraków is seeking a senior professional to lead the Data & AI Compliance program. The role reports to the Associate Director and collaborates with Global Services Legal and Responsible AI teams to design, build and maintain a strong compliance program aligned with data governance and regulatory demands.

You will identify applicable regulatory requirements, translate them into policy, and work with risk, IT and business teams to operationalize safeguards. Fluent English is required.

Qualifications

• Law degree with relevant certifications is preferred.
• 4–5+ years in global compliance and ethics/governance roles.
• Strong knowledge of AI, data governance and related frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Review internal and client projects for compliance with laws, regulations and commitments.
• Identify current and future regulatory, policy and voluntary requirements and translate them into policy and controls.
• Collaborate with risk, information security and other teams to operate the program.
• Support client-facing work, including guidance to contracting counsel.
• Interact with key stakeholders to ensure data and AI compliance is considered from project outset.
• Develop guidance and training for internal audiences and leaders.
• Build trusted relationships with legal, risk, information security, and business teams; engage with clients as needed.
• Coordinate with a remote team of legal professionals and business colleagues.
