Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc. seeks an experienced Senior Data 360 Consultant / Architect to own the data layer on our most complex Salesforce engagements.

You will bridge the client’s current data landscape and the target architecture, shaping innovative solutions that unlock measurable value. This role spans the full delivery lifecycle—from discovery and design to activation and handover—while also providing strategic input during pre-sales activities.

Qualifications

5+ years in technical delivery roles with 2+ years in Data 360 / Data Cloud.
Salesforce Data 360 Consultant certification is required.
Strong data modeling, harmonization, and identity resolution knowledge.
ETL/ELT, integration tools (MuleSoft, Informatica), and SQL proficiency.
Hands-on experience with Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, or Redshift.
Experience with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud implementations.

Responsibilities

Design and document end-to-end Data 360 solutions, including source mapping and data modeling.
Define architectures for ingestion, batch vs real-time processing, and integrations.
Translate business needs into technical deliverables via workshops and stakeholder engagement.
Apply governance, privacy, and consent frameworks at all stages.
Support pre-sales scoping, estimation, and technical presentations.
Mentor team members, develop reference architectures, and contribute to internal expertise.
