An innovative IT services company is seeking a Mainframe Customer Success Specialist to engage with enterprise customers and ensure they maximize their mainframe investments. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience with mainframe systems, strong relationship management skills, and proficiency in English and German. You will work remotely and contribute to customer governance and solution adoption, alongside offering innovative service and support.

In this role, you'll align technology capabilities with customer business goals, fostering executive engagement and maximizing solution adoption.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mainframe environments, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to drive strategic initiatives and customer governance. You"ll be working cross-functionally with sales, product management, engineering, services, and marketing teams to execute post-sales strategies and ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
