Job summary

Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a Senior Clinical Team Manager to lead high-complexity clinical operations within the Neuroscience team. You will manage timelines, budgets, and quality deliverables in line with ICH/GCP and contract terms, while mentoring CTMs and coordinating with cross-functional groups.

Approximately travel to study sites domestically and internationally is expected; strong leadership and communication skills are essential to drive performance and client satisfaction

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic qualifications.
• 8+ years of experience in clinical CTM/related roles or similar.
• Experience in neuroscience indications such as ophthalmology, rare diseases, sleep/psychiatry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead all clinical operational and quality aspects of allocated high-complexity studies in line with ICH GCP.
• Develop/maintain trial master files and CRF-related documents; prepare client meetings and hand-offs.
