Job summary

ScaleneWorks People Solutions LLP seeks a Senior Customer Success Engineer (CSE) specializing in enterprise Next-Generation Firewall (NGFW) environments. You will be the principal technical advisor and hands-on deployment expert, ensuring customers maximize value, adoption, and security posture of their NGFW infrastructure.

The role covers architecture across Internet Edge, Data Center, and Branch/Campus networks, with emphasis on policy optimization, PKI readiness, and cloud-security add-ons.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in network security engineering, security architecture, or deployment-focused customer success roles in enterprise environments.
• Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on deployment/troubleshooting in enterprise firewall environments.
• Deep NGFW architectures knowledge, including PAN-OS, Panorama, and SCM.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic advisory and technical alignment for customer environments; map use cases and define enablement, migration, and optimization phases.
• Assist customers with centralized management platforms (Panorama, SCM) and high-availability design, logging, and upgrade planning.
• Lead deployment of advanced security features (App-ID, User-ID, Content-ID) and optimize threat protection across data centers and branches.
