Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services, based in Poland, is seeking a Senior Full Stack / Cross-Stack Solution Architect for Microsoft Cloud Presales. You will design scalable, secure, delivery-ready solutions across the Microsoft ecosystem and adjacent technology stacks, interfacing with sales, delivery, and enterprise clients.

Ideal candidates will have 10+ years in IT services or related fields and strong Microsoft platform expertise.

Qualifications

10+ years in IT with IT services, consulting, or enterprise technology environments.
Proven experience in presales, solution architecture, or cloud transformation.
Strong Microsoft platform expertise across Azure, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Security, Data Platform, Azure AI and related technologies.

Responsibilities

Lead presales solutioning for Microsoft Cloud and cross-stack transformation opportunities across Europe.
Conduct client discovery workshops and translate requirements into practical solution architectures.
Own or contribute to RFP, RFI, RFQ, proposals, bid defense, solution presentations, and technical responses.
Design commercially viable solutions with clear scope, assumptions, dependencies, effort estimates, risks, and delivery models.
Architect end-to-end solutions across Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Security, Data, AI, integration, DevOps, and hybrid cloud.
