Job summary

Nigel Frank International is seeking an experienced Solution Architect for a long-term project in Poland. The role focuses on a strong .NET background with Dynamics 365 CRM/CE and Azure cloud architecture to deliver scalable, enterprise-grade solutions.

Responsibilities include defining end-to-end architecture, designing CRM integrations, leading design decisions, and driving automation and monitoring. Excellent Polish and English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Solution Architect or in a similar senior engineering role.
• Hands-on background in .NET and enterprise software design.
• Knowledge of Dynamics 365 CRM/CE and external system integrations.
• Strong Azure knowledge, cloud architecture and automation (Bicep/ARM).
• Experience with APIs, distributed systems, CI/CD and monitoring.
• Excellent communication in Polish and English.

The ideal candidate will have a strong .NET background and exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM / Customer Engagement (CE), with experience designing and delivering scalable, cloud-based solutions for enterprise clients.

Key responsibilities:

• Define end-to-end solution architecture across .NET applications, Azure services and CRM platforms.
• Design integrations between Dynamics 365 CE, external applications, APIs and other business systems.
• Lead technical design decisions, ensuring solutions are secure, scalable, maintainable and cost-effective.
• Drive Azure infrastructure automation, CI/CD improvements and monitoring strategies.
• Collaborate with developers, DevOps teams and stakeholders, providing technical direction throughout delivery.

Key requirements:

• Proven experience as a Solution Architect, Technical Architect or in a similar senior engineering role.
• Strong hands-on background in .NET and experience designing enterprise-level software solutions.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM / CE and its integration with external systems.
• Solid understanding of Microsoft Azure, cloud architecture and infrastructure automation, ideally using Bicep or ARM templates.
• Experience with APIs, distributed systems, CI/CD pipelines and cloud monitoring.
• Excellent communication skills in Polish and English.
• Experience with Power Platform, automated testing and cloud cost optimisation would be advantageous.
