EuroLUX Consulting is seeking an experienced credit analyst for a corporate banking role in the city centre. You will perform independent, high-quality credit analyses and present recommendations to the Credit Committee throughout the investment lifecycle.
The role requires strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and fluency in English. A banking or finance degree and at least five years’ experience in corporate banking are expected.

The role will require you to perform independent and high-quality credit analyses, working closely with internal colleagues across teams and the Credit Committee to provide expert credit advice throughout the investment lifecycle.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Conduct detailed financial, commercial and credit analysis of existing and prospective corporate clients. You must have experience of the assessment in the context of major lending activity across syndicated and structured lending activities.
Prepare high-quality, comprehensive credit applications and transaction proposals, formulating independent credit opinions.
Present credit applications and recommendations to the Credit Committee.
Perform ongoing financial surveillance of corporate clients and counterparties.
Monitor existing loan exposures, including financial covenants, and contractual obligations.
Identify emerging credit risks and changes in credit quality, ensuring appropriate escalation.
Support the Relationship Managers in client meetings and in their business development.
Balance commercial objectives with prudent risk management.
Contribute to the development and improvement of tools and procedures and ensure the credit activities comply with the Bank’s policies.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree ideally in Banking or Finance

A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position in a commercial bank dealing with corporate and institutional clients working on syndicated loans, bonds, bilateral loans etc…
