Job summary

GFT Technologies SE in Poland is seeking a Principal Core Banking Solution Architect to drive architecture strategy and provide technical leadership across large-scale Core Banking transformation programmes. You will act as a trusted advisor for clients and lead complex modernization, migration and implementation initiatives.

You will combine deep Core Banking expertise with consulting and stakeholder management to shape banking platforms and operating models.

Qualifications

Extensive experience as a Solution/Lead/Enterprise/Principal Architect in banking.
Proven track record leading Core Banking transformation programmes.
Experience defining architecture strategy, migration approaches and target operating models.

Responsibilities

Define architecture vision and target-state architecture for major transformation programmes.
Lead architecture teams across multiple workstreams.
Act as the primary architecture advisor for clients and senior stakeholders.
Governing solution architecture throughout implementation and migration programmes.
Lead platform selection, architecture assessments and transformation roadmaps.
Support strategic pursuits, proposals and large pre-sales engagements.
Coach, mentoring and developing other architects.
Drive architecture standards, best practices and capability development within the organisation.
