Job summary

GFT Poland is seeking a Principal Core Banking Solution Architect Consultant to lead architecture strategy across large-scale banking transformations. You will advise clients, guide modernization efforts and ensure successful migration to modern platforms.

You will combine deep Core Banking knowledge with consulting leadership to shape banking platforms and operating models, driving architecture governance and standards across programmes.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as a Solution Architect, Lead Architect, Enterprise Architect or Principal Architect within banking.

Responsibilities

• Defining architecture vision and target-state architecture for major transformation programmes.
• Leading architecture teams across multiple workstreams.
• Governing solution architecture throughout implementation and migration programmes.
• Leading platform selection, architecture assessments and transformation roadmaps.
• Supporting strategic pursuits, proposals and large pre-sales engagements.
• Coaching, mentoring and developing other architects.
• Driving architecture standards, best practices and capability development within the organisation.
