Job summary

DCG Poland is seeking a Senior T24 Architect to define and evolve the architecture for Temenos T24/Transact and Core Banking capabilities, providing end-to-end leadership across complex transformation programs.

You will translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and resilient architecture solutions, design integrations across payments, channels and data platforms, and promote API-first, event-driven and cloud-enabled patterns. Fluent English is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in IT architecture, solution design or senior engineering roles.
• Strong experience with Temenos T24 / Temenos Transact.
• Deep understanding of Core Banking systems, processes and integration architecture.
• Proven experience leading architecture for large-scale transformation, migration or modernization programmes.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise integration patterns, APIs, event-driven architectures and complex system dependencies.
• Experience designing highly available, secure, resilient and scalable banking solutions.
• Experience working across multiple teams, products or markets within complex enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of banking technology standards, regulatory requirements and operational resilience.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into practical architecture solutions.
• Experience collaborating with senior business, technology and external vendor stakeholders.
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the architecture roadmap for Temenos T24 / Temenos Transact and surrounding Core Banking capabilities.
• Design target-state architecture, standards and principles aligned with business and technology strategy.
• Provide end-to-end architectural leadership across complex transformation and delivery initiatives.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, resilient and implementable architecture solutions.
• Design integrations between Core Banking and areas such as payments, digital channels, lending, deposits, customer management and data platforms.
• Define application interfaces, data flows and dependencies across systems, infrastructure and external services.
• Evaluate architecture options and technical trade-offs considering business value, delivery risk and complexity.
• Support modernization and simplification of the Core Banking ecosystem while maintaining service stability.
• Promote API-first, event-driven and cloud-enabled architecture where appropriate.
• Reduce technical complexity and improve platform maintainability, testability and operability.
• Define non-functional requirements covering availability, security, performance, scalability, resilience and operability.
• Lead architecture reviews and ensure compliance with enterprise standards and regulatory requirements.
• Identify architectural risks, technical debt and lifecycle concerns and define appropriate remediation approaches.
• Collaborate with business owners, Product and Solution Management, engineering teams, Enterprise Architects and external vendors.
• Provide architectural guidance for strategic technology and Core Banking investment decisions.
