Job summary

B. Braun Group in Poland is seeking a Controlling professional to actively participate in CO projects, define test plans, execute tests, and document results during S/4HANA UAT in assigned areas.

You will standardize CO processes and collaborate with IT and other business teams to ensure accurate month-end closings and group reporting. The role requires at least 3 years in Controlling, GBS/SSC experience, strong SAP CO knowledge with inter-module familiarity, and excellent English (B2+).

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Controlling (mandatory).
• Experience in GBS/SSC environment (mandatory).
• Advanced SAP knowledge in CO with cross-module interfaces (FI, PP, SD, PS, MM).
• Knowledge of SAP FI, PP, SD, PS and MM is beneficial.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Higher education in Controlling, Finance, Accounting, Business, IT or related fields.
• Experience in complex projects (e.g., S/4HANA implementation) or lead roles are beneficial.
• Advanced English proficiency (min. B2, spoken and written).
• Other languages (German, Spanish, French) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Active participation in Controlling projects (e.g., S/4HANA, GBS rollouts).
• Contribute to test plan definitions, conduct tests, and document results during S/4 UAT.
• Standardize and harmonize CO processes in cooperation with IT and business teams.
• Support Month-End Closing and Group Reporting, focusing on process and technical issues.

• Support in Month-End Closing Activities (including Inventory Valuation) and Group Reporting, especially in area of process and technical errors handling
• At least 3 years of professional experience in Controlling area (mandatory)

Salary ranges: 13.000 - 16.000 PLN gross monthly
