Job summary

Tech To The Rescue is seeking a Senior Content Strategist to own high-impact content on AI adoption for social impact. The role is remote, part-time with potential to go full-time, and works with the Head of Marketing on editorial plans and funder-facing materials.

You will turn research and expert interviews into compelling narratives, manage brand voice, and develop distribution plans across media, partners, and events, while growing content relationships with funders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in agency or in house content roles, with a portfolio of long form work written for senior audiences.
• You turn data and interviews into an argument.
• Judgment about what moves an audience to act, such as a registration, a donation, or a meeting request.
• Autonomous: you decide, draft, and ship on your own judgment.
• Fluent, thoughtful use of AI tools in your writing process.
• A bias to ship: you would rather publish a strong version now, gather feedback, and improve it than wait for perfect.

Responsibilities

• Write the narrative layer of our authority publications on AI adoption in the social sector, working from data and methodology supplied by our research lead. Two serious publications a year.
• Write funder facing copy: decks, website, campaigns, and materials for our flagship events.
• Own brand voice and brand assets and keep them current as the organization evolves.
• Own the content relationships with funders and partners: the meetings, the agreed wording, and delivery of jointly produced pieces from brief to publication.
• Run our insight sourcing so that every published piece traces to a named expert, program data, or a partner: expert interviews, harvesting of recorded sessions, and a capture channel for leadership thinking.
• Plan distribution for each flagship piece: industry media, partner amplification, newsletter, and our ecosystem.
• Create the content plan and editorial calendar within the marketing strategy, and design the annual plan together with the Head of Marketing.
• Work with our development team so that our content supports fundraising: materials for funder conversations, campaigns, and our flagship fundraising events.
