Job summary

Appfire in Poland is seeking a Senior Content Marketing Partner to shape strategic content for Creative Services. You’ll lead messaging, formats, and channel choices across campaigns, collaborating with product marketing, demand generation, design, and web teams.

You’ll write and edit long- and short-form content, repurpose assets, and ensure quality with an emphasis on technical audiences and business impact. This is a senior, hands-on role in a fast-paced Agile environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of content marketing or content writing experience, ideally in B2B SaaS.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools in a professional content workflow, with editorial judgment.
• Strong writing and editing skills across formats, able to move between pages, emails, and long-form guides.
• Experience in Agile environments, preferably with Jira and Confluence.
• Comfort participating in early-stage campaign strategy discussions, not just briefs.
• Enough technical fluency to interview engineers and produce accurate deep-dives.
• Nice to have: experience writing for Jira admins, developers, ITSM professionals.

Responsibilities

• Shape strategy, not just deliverables, with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Join early-stage campaign development across product marketing, demand gen, and design.
• Write and edit across the full content mix: blogs, emails, landing pages, guides, and playbooks.
• Move content between formats and channels; repurpose existing assets.
• Ensure brand voice and AP style, with clear, reader-friendly messaging.
• Leverage AI responsibly within governance guidelines.
