Job summary

your Jared is seeking a Mid/Senior Contact Center Implementation Engineer in Warsaw, offering 1 day per week in the office or 100% remote. You will design and implement contact center solutions, including integrations, networking, and configuration, while collaborating closely with customers through deployment.

You will translate business requirements into technical solutions, prepare documentation, test new technologies, and contribute to improving delivery processes in a flexible startup-like

Qualifications

• Experience with Contact Center reporting and KPIs.
• Understanding of omnichannel contact center environments (voice, chat, email, social).
• SQL and database queries / stored procedures.
• Experience with integrations and external data sources (Web Services, REST APIs).
• Basic IP networking.
• English at B2 level or higher.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong ownership, independence, proactivity and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Design technical solutions and implementation concepts (integrations, networking, development).
• Configure, implement and test Contact Center solutions.
• Work directly with customers and internal technical teams.
• Translate business requirements into practical technical solutions.
• Prepare technical documentation and support maintenance of implemented solutions.
• Analyze technical issues and provide support in complex situations.
• Test new technologies and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Improve internal processes and implementation standards.
