your Jared is seeking a mid/senior Implementation Engineer in Warsaw with options for 100% remote work or 1 day per week in the Warsaw office. You will design, configure, and test Contact Center solutions, translating business needs into technical implementations and collaborating closely with customers and internal teams.
The role emphasizes implementing integrations, networking, and ongoing testing, with responsibilities spanning documentation, troubleshooting, and process improvement.
Qualifications
- Experience with contact center reporting and KPIs.
- Understanding of omnichannel contact center environments.
- SQL and databases basics; queries and stored procedures.
- Experience with integrations and external data sources via Web Services and REST APIs.
- English at B2 level or higher; customer-facing communication.
Responsibilities
- Design technical solutions and implementation concepts (integrations, networking, development).
- Configure, implement, and test Contact Center solutions.
- Cooperate with customers and internal technical teams through the implementation lifecycle.
- Translate business requirements into practical technical solutions.
- Prepare technical documentation and support further development and maintenance.
- Analyze technical issues and support complex troubleshooting.
- Test new technologies and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Contribute to improving internal processes and implementation standards.
