Job summary

McKinsey & Company in Poland is seeking a transformation consultant to drive large-scale programs from Warsaw or Budapest. You will lead workstreams with guidance from a Delivery Manager and McKinsey colleagues, delivering parts of complex transformations and ensuring long-term impact for clients.

You will mentor junior consultants, run client meetings and workshops, and help clients adapt operating models to accelerate change in a collaborative environment that values coaching and rapid growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, economics or engineering with strong academic record.
• 4+ years of experience delivering projects, preferably in consulting.
• Proven track record in business transformation and change initiatives.
• Industry exposure in private sector sectors such as financial services, manufacturing, logistics, or retail.
• Functional experience with AI-related solutions is highly desirable.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a flexible, agile consulting environment.
• Hybrid working with travel flexibility and fluency in local language and English.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, economics or engineering with a strong record of academic achievement
• 4+ years of experience of project delivery, project management implementation / PMO preferably in consulting
• Proven experience of business transformation / business change such as (organizational structure, capability building, digital transformation, set up and execution of transformation office, operational excellence, turnaround execution, finance transformation or supply chain transformation
• Private sector industry experience such as: FIG (financial services, insurance), manufacturing, logistics, GEM such as mining, Industrial, FMCG, Automotive or Retail sector experience is nice to have
• Functional experience with AI-related solutions (e.g., analytics, automation, AI-enabled tools) is highly desirable
• Strong pragmatic problem-solving skills
• Ability to enjoy flexibility and agility that is required in a consulting environment
• Hybrid working with flexibility to travel
• Fluent in local language and English (native or equivalent)
