McKinsey’s QuantumBlack invites you to join a global team of software engineers, data scientists and designers to build cutting‑edge digital products. You’ll mentor client teams and shape engineering cultures while growing your expertise across diverse industries and technologies.

You will work hands‑on with clients, apply Agile principles, and coach on user‑centric design and engineering best practices as you help transform digital strategies into scalable, industry‑defining solutions.

Qualifikationen

• Undergraduate or master’s degree; or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience developing full‑stack applications with readable, testable code.

• Hands-on across frontend (TypeScript, React, Angular, Vue, Next.js, Tailwind) and backend (Python, Node.js, Java/Spring, C#/.NET) and databases (SQL, NoSQL, vector DB, ETL).
• Experience with LLM frameworks, prompt orchestration, agent frameworks, MCPs, evaluation frameworks, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), including Docker and CI/CD.
• Strong focus on automated testing, logging, monitoring, and reliability.
• Experience in Agile teams and sprint ceremonies; pair programming encouraged.
• Excellent time management and clear English communication, with ability to adapt style.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

• Undergraduate or master’s degree; or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of experience developing full‑stack applications by writing code that is readable, testable, maintainable, and scalable
• Demonstrated experience working collaboratively with other developers, as well as technical and non‑technical people within software teams
• Hands‑on experience and willingness to learn across frontend (TypeScript, React, Angular, Vue, Next.js, Tailwind), backend (Python, Node.js, Java/Spring, C#/.NET), and databases (SQL, NoSQL, vector databases, ETL)
• Experience with LLM frameworks, prompt orchestration, agent frameworks, MCPs, evaluation frameworks, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), including Docker and CI/CD
• Strong focus on automated testing, logging, monitoring, and overall system reliability
• Experience working in Agile teams, including active participation in sprint ceremonies
• Experience pair programming collaboratively with other developers
