Job summary

Civitta is seeking a Senior Consultant – Funding in Poland to help clients access EU and national funding, from grant applications to blended finance solutions.

You will research funding opportunities, write proposals, manage data collection and analyses, and support project coordination, while engaging with clients.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in consulting, EU funding, local funding, or related fields.
• Familiarity with EU funding programmes (e.g., LIFE, CEF, Innovation Fund) and Polish local funding programmes.
• Experience in proposal writing.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Strong research, analytical, and writing skills.
• Background in finance, economics or sustainability.
• Ability to independently manage tasks and timelines.
• Experience in client-facing work such as interviews, workshops, or coordination.
• Fluency in English and Polish; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support proposal development and writing, including drafting applications and assembling submission materials.
• Conduct research and analysis to identify funding opportunities and assess feasibility.
• Manage data collection and quantitative/qualitative analyses to support coordination.
• Deliver tasks independently within defined methodology and timeline.

You will:

• Support proposal development and writing, including drafting applications, preparing documentation, and assembling high-quality submission materials;
• Conduct research and analysis to identify relevant EU and local funding opportunities, assess project feasibility, and generate evidence-based insights;
• Manage data collection activities, quantitative and qualitative data analyses and support overall project coordination;
• Deliver assigned tasks independently within a defined methodology, framework, and timeline;
• Conduct client interviews and maintain working relationships with specialist-level client staff.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in consulting, EU funding, local funding, or related fields;
• Familiarity with EU funding programmes (e.g., LIFE, CEF, Innovation Fund) and Polish local funding programmes;
• Experience in proposal writing.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (economics, political science, international relations, business administration, finance, management, sustainability or related disciplines.)
• Strong research, analytical, and writing skills;
• Background in finance, economics or sustainability;
• Ability to independently manage tasks and timelines;
• Experience in client-facing work such as interviews, workshops, or coordination. Strong data visualisation skills and solid presentation design experience
• Fluency in English and Polish; additional languages are a plus.

The monthly salary for this position is between 11 000 PLN gross/month and 13 500 PLN gross/month, based on the recruitment process and your previous experience.
