Job summary

SIX is seeking an AI Solutions Lead - Development Tools (Claude Code) to define the vision for AI in our Software Engineering Practice. You will shape how AI transforms software building for financial markets across Europe and beyond, guiding architecture, evaluation, and adoption from idea to production code.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in software engineering
• Experience with Claude Code
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools
• Strong communication skills
• Fluent in English

Responsibilities

• Own the AI roadmap for the Software Development Lifecycle from requirements to deployment.
• Continuously evaluate, benchmark and assess the latest AI tools and platforms.
• Prototype and integrate AI-powered workflows wherever off-the-shelf solutions fall short.
• Design rollout strategies, run pilots and workshops, and measure adoption outcomes.
• Lead the Claude Code rollout for Developers as a first project engineer.

What You Will Do

• Own the AI roadmap for the Software Development Lifecycle - from requirements and design through development and deployment

• Drive enterprise-wide adoption of AI-enabled solutions by designing rollout strategies, running pilots and workshops and tracking measurable adoption outcomes

What You Bring

• passion for AI and re-imagining software development
• 5+ years in software engineering anddemonstrated experience in Claude Code
• strong understanding of the end-to-end Software Development Lifecycle
• hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools and AI Agents
• ability to drive adoption of new tools and practices across engineering teams not just make them available
• strong communication and presentation skills, fluent in English
