Job summary

10Clouds Financial Institutions seeks a Senior Claude enablement lead to drive enterprise engagements with international clients. You will own the client relationship, oversee discovery, prioritisation and delivery roadmaps, and coordinate between business teams and technical delivery to translate Claude opportunities into practical improvements.

You will lead workshops, demonstrate Claude workflows, and ensure adoption, measurement and value realization across complex financial programs.

Qualifications

Hands-on Claude experience in client projects.
5+ years in business or technology consulting or enterprise delivery.
Proven ownership of enterprise client engagements and outcomes.
Experience leading discovery sessions and workshops.
Ability to articulate ROI and drive change management.

Responsibilities

Own client relationships and stakeholder alignment.
Lead discovery, prioritisation, and roadmap planning.
Translate priorities into backlog and milestones; manage dependencies and budgets.
Facilitate workshops and enable users in Claude workflows.
Drive adoption and measure business impact across engagements.
Coordinate with IT, security, legal and procurement teams.
Plan next-phase improvements based on evidence and client needs.
