Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead major industrial, manufacturing, logistics or data center construction projects in Poland. You will manage cost, schedule, vendors, and client relationships while driving business development and cross-functional collaboration to deliver successful outcomes.

The role emphasizes client-facing delivery, risk management, and maintaining our One Business ethos across teams and partners. Fluency in Polish and English is required.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Senior Project Manager in Industrial, Pharma, Logistics, Manufacturing or Data Center sectors.
• University degree in Civil/Building Construction, Construction Management, HVAC or Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Ability to identify, develop and secure new business opportunities in the market.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall project cost, schedule and budgets.
• Lead client and stakeholder meetings and coordinate with contractors and consultants.
