This is a full‑time on‑site role based in Poland. The Senior Compliance Officer will ensure EXANTE's adherence to regulatory guidelines, maintain compliance frameworks, and manage regulatory reporting. Responsibilities include conducting compliance risk assessments, developing and implementing policies, monitoring regulatory changes, and providing recommendations for compliance improvements. The Senior Compliance Officer will also support internal audits, provide compliance training to staff, and act as a point of contact for internal and external regulatory inquiries.
