• 5+ years in BI/Analytics or similar role.
• Advanced SQL skills with complex datasets.
• Experience with Tableau, Power BI.
• Python for data analysis and automation.
• Statistics and quantitative methods experience.
• Cohort, segmentation and funnel analysis knowledge.
• Strong business acumen and data storytelling.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver actionable insights and performance analysis for Commercial.
• Review and optimize client acquisition and rewards programs.
• Analyze product usage, behavior, funnels, lifecycle data.
• Partner with Product, Data, Sales, Finance to assess initiatives.
• Conduct cohort, segmentation, funnel analyses to uncover drivers.
• Standardize methodologies for client referrals.
• Implement unified client lifecycle framework and definitions.
• Support development and rollout of key performance indicators.
• Provide sales projections and global performance analysis.
• Prepare quarterly sales forecasts.
• Define metrics to evaluate commercial performance.
• Forecast and track performance of new projects and campaigns.
