Job summary

Check Point Software Technologies Ltd. in Warszawa is seeking a Technical Support Engineer - Tier 2-3 to join the Exposure Management team. You will troubleshoot complex cloud SaaS issues and collaborate with developers to improve our products.

The role requires 5+ years in Cloud SaaS support, strong English, scripting skills (Bash/Python) and experience with AI-assisted tools. You will engage with customers, manage escalations, and contribute to SLA-driven resolution.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Cloud SaaS Platform Tier 2 or Tier 3 Technical Support.
Experience working with external customers and leading live troubleshooting sessions.
Experience in a Cloud & SaaS environment (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Experience writing scripts in Bash/Python.
High level of both spoken and written English.
Experience using or integrating AI-assisted tools.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and fix technical issues on complex cloud SaaS systems.
Establish, manage and lead support know-how, issue resolution capabilities and customer problem solving.
Collaborate with external customers and respond to tickets and escalations within SLA.
Work with development and cyber teams to meet ambitious goals.
