Job summary

Nordea Bank Abp Poland is seeking a Senior Cloud Platform Engineer to join our Cloud Platform Team and own the AWS Landing Zone. You’ll build capabilities and keep the platform healthy, secure and reliable for enterprise workloads.

You’ll work in a hybrid model with application teams to provide reusable cloud foundations, apply zero‑trust principles and drive DevOps across the platform.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on cloud engineering with AWS experience at enterprise scale.
• Practical experience designing and running an AWS Landing Zone (Control Tower or similar).
• Strong Terraform and Ansible skills for IaC and automation.
• Proficient Python and Bash programming.
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines and cloud networking (VPCs, Transit Gateway, Direct Connect).

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the AWS Landing Zone and related platform features.
• Create reusable platform solutions to simplify adoption by application teams.
• Design and run CI/CD pipelines, ensure automated testing and platform health.
• Contribute to architecture docs and maintain operational dashboards.
• Implement zero trust access controls and guardrails aligned with banking standards.
