Job summary

Nordea is seeking a Senior Cloud Platform Engineer to own and evolve the Google Cloud Landing Zone. You will build new features, maintain the platform, and drive secure, scalable cloud infrastructure across the enterprise.

The role emphasizes Terraform, Ansible, Python, Bash, and CI/CD, with a strong focus on zero-trust security and on-prem integration. You will work in a hybrid setup within Nordea's Cloud Platform Team, collaborating with multiple squads to deliver reliable cloud capabilities

Qualifications

5+ years of hands-on cloud engineering with Google Cloud at enterprise scale.
Experience designing and running a Google Cloud Landing Zone (Terraform-based).
Strong Terraform, Ansible, Python, and Bash skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain the Google Cloud Landing Zone, building new features and ensuring health, security and reliability.
Create reusable Landing Zone solutions to reduce duplication for application teams.
Design and run CI/CD pipelines for Landing Zone changes and automate testing.
Contribute to architecture docs and pull requests, promoting DevOps practices.
