Job summary

Acxiom is seeking Experienced Cloud Engineers to build and improve tooling that automates multi-tenant, multi-datacenter, and multi-cloud infrastructure. You will deliver cloud-based services and enable teams to operate large-scale infrastructures with security and compliance in mind.

You will write code for tools, APIs, and integrations, collaborate with engineers and architects, and own the production services you deliver, including responding to outages and security considerations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years domain software engineering experience.
• 5+ years JavaScript development.
• 4+ years AWS experience.
• 3+ years developing automation tools, RESTful web services, or APIs.
• Production Service Ownership.

Responsibilities

• Produce quality code that is efficient, secure, supportable, and consistent
• Write code to build tools, APIs, and application integrations
• Possess a sound understanding of Acxiom functional and business objectives
• Evaluate requirements and define an overall project
• Ensure that all capabilities delivered align with original business objectives
• Collaborate with other engineers and architects
• Operate the platforms and services you deliver
• Provide advanced technical expertise, oversight, and accountability for outages
• Closely partner with information security to ensure security compliance
