Job summary

Aduna Global Poland is seeking a Cloud Operations Engineer (Mid/Senior) to join our Cloud Operations team. You will maintain AWS and Azure environments, implement automation, monitor performance, and support incident response across global services.

In this hands-on role you will collaborate with Engineering, Security, Platform, and Product teams to improve reliability and drive FinOps and cost optimization initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Cloud Operations, Cloud Engineering, or Systems Administration.
• Hands-on experience with AWS and/or Azure.
• Experience supporting production systems and business-critical services.
• Experience troubleshooting cloud infrastructure, networking, and platform issues.

Responsibilities

• Supporting day-to-day operations of AWS and Azure environments.
• Managing cloud resources, subscriptions, accounts, and access controls.
• Monitoring platform health, availability, performance, and security.
• Responding to incidents, troubleshooting issues, and supporting root cause analysis.
• Managing backups, disaster recovery readiness, patching, and operational maintenance.
• Supporting cloud governance, security, and compliance requirements.
• Working closely with Engineering teams to improve reliability, performance, and operational efficiency.
• Contributing to automation initiatives and operational process improvements.
• Creating and maintaining operational documentation, standards, and runbooks.
• Supporting cloud cost optimization and FinOps initiatives.
