Job summary

Kuehne+Nagel is seeking an AWS-focused cloud engineer to build, manage and enhance our global cloud platforms from Wroclaw. You will design landing zones, automate onboarding, and implement governance and security across AWS environments.

Responsibilities include Terraform-based automation, IAM, networking, and incident response, with opportunities for multi-cloud exposure and collaboration with security and operations teams. Strong English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience with AWS production environments.
• Experience with multi-account AWS environments and IAM.
• Terraform IaC experience with reusable modules.
• Strong networking and security knowledge in AWS.
• Experience with monitoring, logging, alerting (CloudWatch).
• Scripting in Bash or Python.
• Nice to have: Kubernetes, serverless AWS, Azure or GCP exposure.
• Excellent English communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain AWS landing zones and multi-account environments.
• Automate account onboarding and provisioning with standardized configs.
• Design shared AWS networking (VPCs, routing, security).
• Implement cloud governance, IAM, encryption, and controls.
• Create Terraform modules and IaC automation.
• Monitor health and security of shared cloud platforms.
• Lead incident investigation and participate in on-call.
• Document landing zones, platform components, governance, procedures.
