Billennium, a global technology company with over 20 years of experience, is seeking a Senior Security Architect to join our Security Architecture team. You will design and assess secure IT architectures for applications, APIs, integrations and hybrid environments.

As Security SME, you will translate risks into clear technical requirements, conduct reviews and threat modeling, and work with architects, developers, DevOps and product owners to embed secure-by-design practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in cybersecurity with security architecture or AppSec focus.
• Experience performing security architecture reviews, assessments and threat modeling.
• Strong knowledge of web app, API security and data protection.

Responsibilities

• Design secure architectures for new and evolving IT solutions.
• Conduct security assessments, architecture reviews and threat modeling for applications, APIs, integrations and systems.
• Act as Security SME within projects from concept to implementation.
• Provide security guidance during design of new features and systems.
• Assess authentication/authorization, data protection, encryption and secrets management.
• Analyze architecture diagrams, data flows and trust boundaries to identify risks.
• Translate risks into technical security requirements and controls.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, DevOps, Cloud and Infra teams, Product Owners and System Owners.
