Job summary

TFS HealthScience is seeking a Clinical Database Programming Process Lead to own and evolve a scalable DBP capability across the organization. This remote, home-based role supports multiple regions with strategic leadership and technical excellence.

You will drive governance, quality, and continuous improvement, act as senior escalation point, and collaborate with global Business Units to ensure compliant, high‑quality database programming across trials.

Qualifications

• 10+ years’ experience in database programming, clinical data operations or related field.
• Experience operating at Principal DB Programmer or Senior roles.
• Strong knowledge of EDC/CDMS platforms and validation processes.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive change.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the database programming capability and governance model.
• Ensure quality, inspection readiness and CAPA planning.
• Provide senior escalation support for high‑risk DBP issues.
• Lead training, workforce development and succession planning.
• Support bids, proposals and client discussions with DBP expertise.
