Job summary

TFS HealthScience is seeking a Clinical Database Programming Process Lead to own and develop a scalable DBP capability across units, including governance, standards and risk-based improvements. The role combines senior technical leadership with strategic change management and cross-BU collaboration.

You will drive capacity planning, SOP alignment, and QC readiness while supporting audits and client assessments.

Qualifications

• 10+ years’ experience in database programming or clinical data operations within CRO/pharma
• Strong knowledge of GxP, validation, testing and inspection readiness
• Experience with one or more major EDC/CDMS platforms and cross-system work

Responsibilities

• Develop and own the DBP capability plan and improvement roadmap
• Maintain governance, operating model, templates and knowledge repository
• Provide escalation support and cross-BU alignment for delivery and risk
• Lead training, competency framework and succession planning
• Support audits, inspections and client assessments with DBP input
