Job summary
TFS HealthScience is seeking a Clinical Database Programming Process Lead to own the development of a scalable DBP capability across the organization. This home-based leadership role requires extensive hands-on DBP experience, strategic thinking, and change leadership to drive governance, quality, and continuous improvement across global business units.
You will lead with influence, shaping standards, documentation, and training while coordinating across multiple regions.
Qualifications
- 10+ years in database programming within CRO/pharma
- Experience with EDC/CDMS platforms and validation
- Strong knowledge of GxP, documentation and inspection readiness
- Ability to lead with influence across Business Units
- Proven track record in SOPs, templates and process documentation
- Experience mentoring DBP staff and coordinating training
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the DBP capability plan and roadmaps
- Maintain governance model, roles, decision rights and cross-BU forums
- Manage standards, playbooks, templates and knowledge repository
- Lead quality trends, CAPAs and risk-based improvement actions
- Provide SME input for audits, inspections and client assessments
- Coordinate workforce planning and resource capacity across units
- Support platform readiness and system changes for EDC/CDMS
