Job summary

Takeda Pharmaceutical Co. in Poland seeks an Associate Director–level clinical data science leader within Data & Quantitative Sciences to translate complex clinical and biomarker data into actionable evidence for development decisions.

You will lead cross-functional analytics across studies, apply AI/ML and scalable analytics while ensuring regulatory rigor, data standards, and stakeholder alignment, with a hybrid work model in Poland.

Qualifications

• PhD in statistics, biostatistics, data science, epidemiology, or related field with 5+ years experience; or MS with 8+ years.
• Extensive clinical development experience with cross-functional influence.
• Hands-on leadership, vendor oversight, or mentorship experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead fit-for-purpose statistical, data science, and analytics across studies and assets.
• Partner across Clinical, Pharmacology, Data Management, Regulatory, and external partners.
• Advance AI/ML, automated analytics workflows, and governed data standards.
• Design and execute analyses using trial data, biomarkers, and real-world data.
• Provide oversight of analysis plans, code, outputs, and data visualization.
