Job summary

TMF Group in Katowice seeks an experienced professional to take ownership of a diverse portfolio within a global financial services business, delivering high-quality reporting and reconciliations. The role offers hybrid work with quarterly office attendance in Katowice.

You will prepare client ledgers, liaise with auditors, and support junior staff while ensuring compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Education and qualifications in Accounting, Taxes, Funds or related
• Strong, at least 3 years’ experience in Accounting (preferably GL)
• A professional qualification – ACCA/ACA or ICSA or other similar level qualification is a plus
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal

Responsibilities

• Client financial, management and ad hoc reporting
• Preparation of asset reconciliations
• Recording purchase / sale of investments
• Recording calls and distributions
• Recording transfer / sale of units, shares and interests
• Review of and assistance with bookkeeping and bank reconciliations
• Preparation of client ledgers
• Liaise with auditors
