Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience managing EPC construction projects.
• Proven leadership of multidisciplinary teams and contractors.
• Strong knowledge of project controls and contract administration.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead civil construction activities from initiation to completion.
• Ensure delivery within schedules, budgets, and quality specs.
• Maintain project documentation, contracts, drawings, and change orders.
• Prepare regular progress reports for stakeholders.
• Coordinate interfaces between construction, engineering, procurement, and commissioning.
• Promote HSE culture on site.
• Drive risk management and issue resolution throughout execution.
