Job summary

Euroclear is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to bridge business stakeholders and IT teams while shaping CIAM-related initiatives. The role emphasizes requirements, process analysis, and clear communication across security, architecture, and engineering groups.

Deliverables include refined epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and UAT support within a hybrid work model. The position requires strong BA fundamentals and stakeholder collaboration across global teams.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Business Analyst in complex IT projects.
Ability to translate business needs into clear IT requirements.
Experience with CIAM or identity-related projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

Act as a key interface between business stakeholders and IT teams.
Lead requirements and process analysis for business cases and provide viable options.
Define acceptance criteria and support UAT to ensure alignment with business intent.
Refine epics, features, and user stories to align with CIAM roadmap priorities.
Promote consistent BA practices and templates across squads.
Contribute to backlog management, prioritization, and dependency mapping.
Produce concise executive materials for governance.
