Job summary

Miller's Health Systems is seeking a results-driven professional to manage the facility’s inquiry and admission process and provide prospective residents with facility information through tours and follow-ups.

Responsibilities include developing community relationships, presenting to groups, processing inquiries, and creating marketing plans with leadership. Strong communication, organization, and customer-service orientation are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in business, marketing, or event planning.
• Sales/marketing experience and event planning training preferred.
• Healthcare community relations experience preferred.
• Comfort presenting to groups in the community.
• Advertising knowledge and design/production basics.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Flexibility of scheduling.
• Computer literate.
• Customer service oriented.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with physicians, discharge planners, attorneys, and community leaders to generate referrals.
• Conduct marketing presentations to groups like Kiwanis, Rotary, AARP to educate about services.
• Process inquiries from hospitals, physicians, families with timely follow-up.
• Develop a continual Marketing Plan with the Executive Director and management.
• Train staff to support marketing and coordination of functions.
• Monitor inquiry/admission trends and prepare reports for leadership.
• Maintain database of contacts and community resources.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and assist in creating facility materials.
• Provide information about prospective residents to the RSD for assessment.
