Job summary

Luxoft in Wrocław is seeking an experienced C++ developer to join a multi-year program modernizing global client connectivity trading systems, including FIX protocol support and low-latency architectures. You will design, develop, and optimize high-performance, highly available distributed components, collaborate with global teams, and contribute to DevOps-driven delivery with CI/CD practices.

Qualifications

• Must have 5-7 years of hands-on C++ development experience, including multithreading, data structures, STL, casting, templates, pointers, socket programming, and algorithms.
• Strong programming experience in Linux/Unix environments.
• Proven development experience within the financial services/trading domain, including order management systems, the FIX protocol, and order-state handling.
• Experience designing and developing high-performance, highly available, high-throughput, low-latency, high-capacity, transaction-oriented distributed systems.
• Strong understanding of equity trading environments, ideally within a multi-regional or global setting.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex functional and non-functional concepts clearly to both IT and business stakeholders.
