Job summary

Luxoft in Kraków is seeking an experienced Senior Java Developer and Tech Lead to join a banking and capital markets project. You will design, develop, and maintain scalable Java applications, lead a small team, and shape architectural decisions while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities include task prioritization, API design, database interactions, and code reviews. You will mentor juniors, document designs, and drive best practices in software development and testing.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Java development experience.
• Minimum 5 years in team lead/technical lead role.
• Experience clarifying technical requirements and task assignment.
• Experience with databases and service integration (REST, gRPC, MQ, Kafka).
• Strong knowledge of concurrency, algorithms, data structures, and distributed systems.
• Experience with Github Copilot.

Thisexperience is mirrored on the back-end with three separate workflows and infrastructures across products.We are a team that engage in development of a centralized, in-house driven sales and trading platform, engaging with IT and control functions in support of rollout across all trading business.
