Job summary

B3 Consulting Poland is seeking a Senior C++/Qt Engineer to join our international team in Poland. You will develop the orchestrator application and integrate cloud and desktop services, using Qt6 widgets and core framework mechanisms in a Windows environment.

You'll work in an Agile/Scrum setting with emphasis on memory management, clean code, and rigorous testing in Python, with English B1/B2 and Polish C1 language requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience with C++ (14/17) and memory management in large codebases.
• Desktop applications with Qt6 on Windows.
• Python for writing tests.
• English B1/B2 and Polish C1, able to work in Poland.
• Strong autonomous, results-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Develop the orchestrator application - the entry point to the design environment, integrating cloud and desktop services.
• Build new functionalities in Qt (widgets/core) while modernizing existing codebase.
• Participate in the full SDLC in an Agile/Scrum team, including requirements, design, reviews and testing.
