Hexagon Geosystems seeks a Senior Software Engineer (C++) to develop high quality code for GNSS sensors and to also serve as a part-time Scrum Master. The role is based in Katowice with a hybrid work model and collaboration across international Hexagon groups.

Responsibilities include contributing to CI/CD, developing on Linux/Windows, and mentoring the team in Agile practices. Strong C++ experience and remote debugging are essential.

Formación

• University degree or university of applied science degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Good English language skills required (written and spoken) allowing effective work in multinational and globally spread teams.
• Experience with distributed systems and geospatial, GNSS, or embedded systems is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Develop high quality C++ code for GNSS sensors on Linux and Windows.
• Work with Linux-based systems and perform remote debugging.
• Improve build and dependency systems (CMake, Conan) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with multiple teams in an international environment.
• Coach team members in Agile principles and support Scrum practices.
