Sii Poland invites you to join a team developing the next generation of software for industrial control systems and communication modules. The role focuses on advanced embedded components in C++, aimed at industrial automation solutions.

The position involves creating a high-level software layer for communication, integration, and core system functions, with emphasis on scalability, reliability, and cross‑platform support.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in C++ programming.
• Experience with embedded systems and RTOS.
• Experience with Ethernet and TCP/IP communication.
• Knowledge of OSI network model.
• Ability to debug embedded devices.
• Proficient in English and Polish.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining and developing software for communication modules of industrial devices
• Refactoring and testing existing solutions
• Collaborating with the development team to define and assess proposed solutions
• Working with other teams in the organization regarding software functions and product development directions
• Navigating a large codebase and communicating in Polish and English
