Job summary

EPAM Systems seeks a Senior C++ Software Engineer to join a team building the next generation of AI-enabled computing. You will work on ML/AI kernels, compilers, and NN stacks, collaborating with experts in architecture and ASIC design.

You will implement AI/ML kernel operations for GPU/accelerator architectures and contribute to models in PyTorch or TensorFlow, ensuring high performance across transformers and related architectures.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in software engineering with ML/AI focus.
• 5+ years for C++ and CUDA/kernel programming.
• Experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow and transformers.

Responsibilities

• Write kernels in C++ for ML/AI workloads.
• Develop and optimize compiler & neural network stack.
• Collaborate with architecture/ASIC teams on next-gen compute.
• Design AI/ML kernel ops for GPUs/accelerators.
• Build and maintain ML models using PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Ensure kernel performance and correctness for transformers.
• Lead technical decisions as a senior developer.
