Job summary

Inetum Polska is seeking a System Analyst to join a banking KYC project in Katowice. You will analyze business and system requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and collaborate with developers, testers, and stakeholders in an Agile environment.

The role requires 5–6+ years in banking/financial services, strong REST API knowledge, and fluent Polish and English. Hybrid work is available with one day onsite in Katowice.

Qualifications

• 5-6+ years of experience as a System Analyst or Business-System Analyst.
• Experience working on banking or financial services projects.
• Strong knowledge of REST API-based integrations.
• Experience analyzing complex backend systems.
• Understanding of microservices architecture and inter-system communication.
• Ability to translate business requirements into system requirements.
• Experience with payment processing, settlements, fees, commissions, or card-related products.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to drive initiatives independently and manage topics end-to-end.
• Availability to work in a hybrid model from Katowice (1 day per week onsite).
• Fluent Polish and English (minimum B2 level).
