Sii Poland is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join a community of over 300 analysts. You will gather and analyze business requirements, define functional and non-functional requirements, and collaborate with IT to design optimal solutions for sectors including pharmaceuticals, e-commerce, and banking.

You will model business processes, prepare test scenarios, and contribute to documentation, while enjoying benefits like access to Pluralsight and internal trainings.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience gathering and analyzing business requirements.
• Experience in banking, financial services, or e-commerce.
• Knowledge of UML and BPMN notation, SQL, and Enterprise Architect.
• Experience with SCRUM methodology.
• Proficiency in Confluence and JIRA.
• Advanced English and Polish.

Responsibilities

• Gather, agree, and analyze business requirements and develop solution recommendations.
• Define non-functional system requirements based on business requirements analysis and collaboration with IT departments.
• Cooperation with internal experts and managers to design optimal solutions.
• Developing documentation describing functional requirements.
• Modeling business processes.
• Collaboration with internal clients and project teams.
• Preparing test scenarios and cases, executing tests, logging and handling errors.
